Refund and Returns Policy

At The Tirz Store, we strive to provide excellent customer service. Our refund policy is as follows:

Shipping may take up to 14 days if there is an issue with USPS. Orders are processed same day or up to 2 days after being placed if during a weekend. Shipping times vary from 2-6 days in most cases.
There are No Refunds
Exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to our discretion.
Store credits may be granted for product defects, order errors, or valid reasons (excluding buyer’s remorse).
A 20% restocking fee will apply to approved exchanges.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of product defects or shipping errors.
Store credits will be processed through the credit payment system used exclusively for the purchase of products on this site.
